Transport Requirements

In order for us to move your building there are a few important requirements that need to be met. Thank you in advance for meeting these requirements.

• We need the overall dimensions: length x height x width
• Does your building have runners or skids? If so, what is the measurement from the outside of one runner (skid) to the outside of the other runner (skid). The image below shows where you can find runners (skids) and how to take the measurement. See image.

• Is the building on level ground?
• Is the relocation area or destination point on level ground?
• What is the distance from point A to point B?
• Tree limbs, fences, any objects that would deter us from getting our equipment to the building need to be removed or cleared.
• Take measurements of the access areas so we can better determine if we can access both the pickup location and destination location.
• Please be as accurate as possible with your measurements.
• If we arrive and are unable to load the building there will be a charge.

Brown Buildings is operated by experienced professionals. Rest assured that we will provide quality and professional work in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: We try our best to deliver your building in the same condition as it was when picked up. However, if your building is old, has parts in disrepair or substandard construction, we cannot guarantee damage will not occur. It is necessary for you to reinforce your building or any piece of your building in advance of the pickup date. You can also make arrangements for us to evaluate and make the necessary reinforcements in advance for an additional fee.
